Two years after he stepped aside from the band as they prepared to tour in support of Exul, Ne Obliviscaris has officially replaced their singer and founding member. Marc “Xenoyr” Campbell announced his departure from the band in a lengthy statement on social media and their Patreon platform in late January.
Xenoyr formed Ne Obliviscaris in 2003 and the band has now released four full length albums plus several EPs other Patreon-exclusive content. He has now been officially replaced by James Dorton of Black Crown Initiate and The Faceless. Dorton filled in for Xenoyr during Ne O’s last round of touring.
