The long-awaited new album from Sydney’s experimental instrumentalists sleepmakeswaves is out now.
Released on 12 April, It’s Here, But I Have No Names for It is a labour of love of more than two years of recording. Of the new release, the band says: “We worked on these songs for literally years and labored and obsessed so it’s a strange feeling to have it out of our heads and hands and into yours. we arrived at this point after the pandemic with so many demos and not enough time, so we selected our favorites and brought them together into something eclectic, but special.”
Now available on Bandcamp and all streaming services, the album will be supported by touring in Australia from later this month, followed by shows in Belgium, the UK and the US.
